An occupational therapy assessment and consultation service: we start with a parent meeting to understand your child's needs, and you come away with a written report, an individual sensory diet, and home strategies — integrated with the ABA plan when needed.
An assessment and consultation service delivered by an occupational therapist. It starts with a parent interview and the gathering of the child's developmental, medical, sensory, and functional history — covering daily-living skills, play, sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-care, and participation at home and school. It ends with a written occupational therapy report and an individual sensory diet with home recommendations and strategies.

This service suits children facing one or more of these challenges:

The service moves through clear steps, from the first meeting to the plan handover:

The therapist meets the parents to discuss concerns and goals, gathers the developmental, medical, and sensory history, and reviews any previous reports and assessments.
The therapist prepares the initial consultation report and a summary of clinical observations, reviews the child's sensory profile, and sets the priorities and target areas.
A written occupational therapy report, an individual sensory diet, home recommendations and strategies, and proposed treatment goals with next steps.
If the child is enrolled in the ABA program, the two teams collaborate to fold sensory needs into the plan — sensory regulation breaks may be added inside sessions per the child's needs.
