Supervision

Documented supervision under the certified ratios

We provide supervision aligned with the certified hours and requirements for the Assistant Behavior Analyst (QASP-S) and the certified Behavior Analyst (QBA), at a supervision ratio of 5–10% of total working hours, plus 5% for the Behavior Technician (RBT / ABAT).

The trainee journey

How supervision works

From the intro meeting to certificate issuance — five clear phases, so you know what to expect at every step.

  1. Preliminary phase (free)

    A first introductory video call between trainee and supervisor: how the program works, what to expect, your professional background and experience level, and the development areas to target.

  2. Supervision kick-off

    The service agreement is signed after the scope of supervision and both parties' rights and duties are laid out. You then receive your trainee file: a log for direct and indirect hours, practical templates and working tools, and supporting enrichment materials.

  3. Practice & direct supervision

    An initial evaluation measures your current skills and maps strengths and growth areas, followed by regular individual supervision sessions — performance follow-up, case discussion, professional feedback — with optional group sessions alongside peers.

  4. Follow-up & development

    Periodic review of your supervision hours against certification requirements, with progress documented continuously and the supervision plan updated as you develop.

  5. Closing & certification

    A final review and audit of your total direct and indirect supervision hours against accreditation requirements, settlement of the program, and issuance of an official certificate stating the completed hours and their type.
